In this Health Minute article I want share with you a small collection of wisdom notes from the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza.

These notes are not exact quotes but I chose to keep them as close to the original as possible, only adding bits of explanation where I thought it was necessary to clarify something.

I would like to add that I am a big fan of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work and I’ve been reading all his books multiple times. I’ve studied and practiced his teachings, but I still have much more to learn. His work opened my eyes to something completely magical related to myself and the world, something that I never imagined existed.

Who is Dr. Joe Dispenza?

In case you’re not familiar with Dr. Joe Dispenza, please allow me to briefly tell you a bit about him. He’s now in his 60s, he’s a chiropractor, holds a PhD, and is a researcher in the field of neuroscience and mind-body connection. He teaches a mix between science and spirituality, and he wrote four books on these subjects.

Using his teachings people have healed anything from cancer to multiple sclerosis, eye disorders, and many other dis-eases without medication or medical intervention.

He started his life-changing journey by healing his spine after a car accident that compressed several vertebrae in his spine. The accident happened in a triathlon race that took place in 1986, while Dr. Joe was in his 20s.

Without further ado, check-out these wisdom notes that I selected after reading his books and listening to many of his talks. Let us be calm and relaxed, and let us reflect on these universal teachings that are so simple and yet so powerful.

Be Love!

Wisdom Notes by Dr. Joe Dispenza

Wisdom Note 1
Our thoughts and emotions have the power to transform our life.

Wisdom Note 2
Where you place your attention is where you place your energy.

Wisdom Note 3
The mind does not know the difference between real and imagined stress, and so the body’s chemistry will change accordingly based on our perceptions of the world (and in fact it changes in every moment).

Wisdom Note 4
Chronic emotional stress weakens our immune system to the point that we get sick.

Wisdom Note 5
If our thoughts have the power to make us sick (and it’s true), then it should also be true that our thoughts have the power to help us heal.

Wisdom Note 6
In order to heal ourselves we have to become someond else. We need to become a new person with new thoughts, actions and feelings.
We cannot create a new personal reality (in which disease does not exist) as the same personality (that created the disease).

Wisdom Note 7
We can choose to change ourselves when we are inspired and relaxed, or we can wait for a crisis in our life that will force us to change.

Wisdom Note 8
I believe that in each of us there is an intelligence, an invisible consciousness, which is life-giving, which helps us, supports us, heals us in every moment.

Wisdom Note 9
Most of us live in the past and resist living in a new future. Why? Because we have become chemically addicted to those familiar feelings of the past. We cannot think and feel greater than the past because we have wired ourselves neurologically and emotionally to the past.

Wisdom Note 10
When you repeatedly recreate the same emotions until you cannot think any greater than how you feel, your feelings are now the means of your thinking. And since your feelings are a record of previous experiences, you are thinking in the past…. And by quantum law, you create more of the past.

Instead of conclusions

Thanks for reading and please take a bit of time to reflect on these wisdom notes. They may change the course of your life!

There are many other wisdoms and certainly there are other people that we can discuss about, and from which we can draw inspiring conclusions. These are just a few of the things that inspired me after reading the books written by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

What are some of the quotes and wisdoms that inspired you, from the books that you’ve read?

I hope that these wisdom notes will help you in your life and your healing journey.
