Back in the day, I had my own “dark” times when I wouldn’t eat anything green for weeks. It was all bread, sugar, fried meats and fast food. Needless to say that I was tired and cranky all the time, and you can imagine that I wasn’t fun to be around. I was gaining weight and I was becoming depressed. My energy was low like all the time and that meant no more fun things to do as a couple.

Looking back now I can see it clearly, like the paining on the wall. I was poisoning my body with those awful foods. I wasn’t eating colorful plants and especially green plants. I wasn’t getting enough healthy fiber, vitamins and minerals, raw enzymes or an assortment of phytonutrients. I wasn’t giving my body the resources it needs to repair and regenerate itself … and to thrive!

Since I understood how to eat correctly for health, my life improved in so many ways. I’m calmer now, more relaxed and I said “Adios!” to those days when I would just sleep in all day long. I have energy to do the things that I want to do, and I feel like a teenager aways (i’m 39 but I feel like in my early 20s). No, really! I can easily walk 15-20 km/day and I’m used to do 400-500 km/month in the summer time.
