5-Ingredient Simple Yellow Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 avocados (skin and seed removed)
- 3 carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 red apple
- 150 g frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp raw cacao
- 1 slice lemon (with skin, organic)
- 650 ml water
Instructions
- Add everything into your blender, including water.
- Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks smooth and creamy. Add more water if your blender gets stuck and blend for 10 more seconds.
- Done! Pour into favorite glass, serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

- Color: dark yellow
- Texture: well mixed overall, easy to drink
- Taste: neutral taste, can feel the spices
