Yes, you read that right! … Some of the keto cake recipes below are in fact raw cakes I prepared during my travels, while I was staying in various hotels. I simply prepared the cakes in the evening, stored them in the fridge to cool down overnight, and ate them for breakfast the next morning.
The other more traditional recipes (those that need baking) were, of course, prepared in my kitchen. They were super delicious too!
No matter which recipe you decide to try, you don’t have to be a “kitchen pro” to make it. Why? Simply because when it comes to keto cakes, you simply cannot go wrong!
