When it comes to the ingredients list, our All-Day Energy Smoothie comes packed with āgood-for-youā plants and superfoods to give you energy all day long. It has enough almond butter to keep you happy, plus avocado, hemp and chia seeds, as well as blueberries, and a few veggies as well. Letās not forgot those Asian warming spices that give this smoothie a subtle superfood taste but also help to boost your immune system.

All-Day Energy Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados (skin and seeds removed)
- 1/2 pomegranate (seeds only)
- 150 g frozen blueberries
- 1 yellow kapia pepper (remove seeds)
- 2 small apples (remove seeds)
- 2 big carrots (sliced)
- 1 stalk fennel (chopped)
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia and hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 slice lemon (organic)
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- decorated with pomegranate seeds
- 450 ml water (or enough to cover ingredients)
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients according to my notes in paranthesis.
- Blend everything until you obtain the desired texture.
- Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
