Pro Tip: You can definitely use any kind of berries you like, I happen to have cranberries at hand so that was what I used. Feel free to use either fresh or frozen berries, I used frozen cranberries for convenience.

Coconut Cranberry Keto Dessert

Equipment

  • Jars or Mugs

Ingredients

  • 300 g coconut butter
  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 4 tbsp frozen cranberries (or fresh berries)

Instructions

  • In a blender or kitchen robot, add coconut butter, coconut oil, cinnamon powder and optional vanilla powder.
  • Mix slowly until you obtain a thick coconut paste.
  • Add cacao powder and mix only for a few seconds until incorporated.
  • Choose two large jars or mugs, and add a thick layer of cranberries.
  • Fill the rest with coconut cream, and decorate with more cranberries.
  • Done! Your dessert is mow ready to be served.
