Healthy Sweet Love Beet Smoothie
- 2 medium avocados (skin and seed removed)
- 1 red beet (skin removed, cut big)
- 2 small bananas (skin removed)
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 100-150 g frozen broccoli
- 2 big carrots
- 1/2 cucumber fabio
- 5 cm leeks
- 1/3 lemon (skin included, organic)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 500 ml water
- Wash and prep all the ingredients as indicated.
- Add everything into your blender and cover with water.
- Start mixing on medium to high speed, until you obtain that thick and creamy texture.
- Serve fresh or store in the fridge for max 2 days.
- Color: dark red
- Texture: very dense and creamy, easy to drink
- Taste: definitely sweet, not spicy, maybe a bit minty
