Equipment

  • Blender

  • 2 medium avocados (skin and seed removed)
  • 1 red beet (skin removed, cut big)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

    Hi Marcel,
I’m following your recipe for the beet smoothie. Could you please tell me what cucumber fabio is? Thank you!

    • Hi Melissa,

Cucumber Fabio is one of the names used for those long cucumbers (20 cm or so in length). These long cucumbers (also called English cucumbers I think) are what I used for most of my smoothie recipes (as opposite to the small cucumbers … but the small ones are great as well).

Feel free to use any kind of regular fresh cucumber 🙂

I hope that you will enjoy the smoothie!

      Regards,
      Marcel
