Made with beet, avocado, banana, spinach, as well as other plant-based ingredients, this red smoothie was sweet, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Blend and enjoy the magic of nature!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados (skin and seed removed)
  • 1 red beet (skin removed, cut big)
  • 2 small bananas (skin removed)
  • 200 g frozen spinach
  • 100-150 g frozen broccoli
  • 2 big carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber fabio
  • 5 cm leeks
  • 1/3 lemon (skin included, organic)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all the ingredients as indicated.
  • Add everything into your blender and cover with water.
  • Start mixing on medium to high speed, until you obtain that thick and creamy texture.
  • Serve fresh or store in the fridge for max 2 days.

Notes

Make sure to use an organic lemon, otherwise remove its skin. Conventionally grown lemons (and all other citrus fruits) may be sprayed with pesticides and so their skin might end-up contaminated with pesticide residues.
