What are Smoothies?

Smoothies are plant based drinks made from a mix of different vegetables, fruits and a liquid base. Smoothies are packed with all sorts of “good-for-you” unprocessed nutrients like healthy fats, quality protein, vitamins and minerals, enzymes, soluble and insoluble fiber, and even sugar (fructose) but in its natural form.
