Nutritious and delicious 1-minute raw dessert that comes packed with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fiber, plus it’s crunchy and fun to eat!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 big banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 handful hazelnuts (or walnuts)
  • 20-30 g dark chocolate (85% or more)

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the banana slices and hemp seeds.
  • Mix them together until the hemp seeds will sit on the banana slices.
  • Continue by adding hazelnuts and chocolate pieces and mix with the others.
  • That’s it! Enjoy without guilt.

Notes

Nuts can be hard to chew and that’s why you need to soak them in warm salty water before consuming. Soaking nuts activates their enzymes, but also removes part of the anti-nutrients that naturally occur in all nuts and seeds.
Feel free to use any kind of nuts you prefer. I used hazelnuts but you can also use walnuts, cashew pr pecans.

Kids like hazelnuts and banana so this little dessert was a no-brainer for us 🙂 We also liked the addition of hemp seeds and dark chocolate (we used only 70% choco).
