Ingredients for Sweet Love Smoothie
Starting from the classical avocado and banana combo, we include lots of frozen broccoli, and we built up from there. We use plenty of raw veggies, two different types of frozen berries, plus health enhancing powders. The result is one delicious and balanced vegetable smoothie that you will love!
For this smoothie recipe we used quite a few ingredients and mostly veggies. We’re using only basic ingredients though, ingredients that you can easily find at your local store or farmer’s market.
For the ultimate Sweet Love Vegetable Smoothie combo you’ll need the following plant-based ingredients:
- Fruits: avocado, banana, frozen sea buckthorn, frozen blackberries
- Vegetables: frozen broccoli, tomato, cucumber fabio, fennel, kale, carrot
- Boosters: ginger powder, cardamom powder, turmeric powder
- Others: lemon, extra virgin coconut oil, Himalayan salt
- Water
Pro Tip: I like using simple fresh raw ingredients for my smoothies, and I always try to buy from organic and responsible grown sources. Why organic? Simply because organic plants are better for the environment (healthier soil) but are also healthier to consume by you and me (more nutrients, free of pesticide residues).

We are using quite a few ingredients for this smoothie but don’t worry because we use only basic ingredients that you can easily get from your local store. If you’re planning to use the lemon slice with skin, make sure to use an organic lemon. Organically grown citrus fruits are free of pesticide residues or other chemicals, whereas conventionally grown citrus fruits may be sprayed with chemicals. When it comes to those asian warming spices, try using organic spices for even more potent nutrients. This smoothie can easily be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
