Start your day with this frothy Pink Surprise Smoothie made using lots of “good-for-you” plants and boosters that blend into a healthy tasty smoothie. This delicious pink smoothie is designed to deliver healthy fats, protein, antioxidants, enzymes, and gut-friendly fiber, for keeping you healthy and happy all year round.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi (peeled)
  • 1 avocado (skin and seed removed)
  • 1 big piece fennel (chopped big)
  • 1 medium golden apple (seedless, chopped)
  • 4 tsp coconut butter + almond butter + coconut oil (mixed into a paste)
  • 1/4 red beet (peeled, cut big)
  • 1 stick celery (cut big)
  • 4-5 tsp whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • pinch of vanilla powder
  • 250-300 ml water

Instructions

  • Wash, peel and cut all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.
  • Get healthy and enjoy life!

Notes

  • Color: wonderful pink
  • Texture: creamy and frothy
  • Taste: spicy from those warming spices, also a bit sweet

This smoothie is not vegan because we’re using whey protein powder. Should you want you make this smoothie vegan, use pea protein or hemp protein instead.
I used whey protein powder with chocolate flavor, but you can also use plain whey protein without flavor.
