- 300 g frozen blackcurrants (use from the freezer)
- 2 small bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 3 tbsp full-fat sour cream (20% fat or more, or crème fraîche)
- 6-7 big tbsp yogurt (at least 3.5% fat)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
Instructions
- Make sure the blackcurrants are from the freezer, while the sour cream and yogurt should be think and creamy.
- Prepare the ingredients as required and add them into a bowl.
- Slowly mix and combine everything using a big spoon.
- Use the back of the spoon to press down on the fruit pieces, and slowly incorporate crushed fruits into the cream.
