If you’re looking for a smoothie that tastes like kiwi and apple combined, but still includes a bunch of healthy fats and veggies, give this one a try. I bet you’ll also enjoy the interesting color and the creamy texture of this smoothie.
This smoothie is one of those “easy-to-start-with” recipes for the beginner smoothie hero. You’ll only need a few common ingredients and a good blender to chop everything smoothly.
You’ll be using plant-based ingredients like avocado, pepper, kiwi, apple, celery, lettuce, plus cinnamon and ginger powder, as well as a pinch of Himalayan salt and water. That’s it and nothing more!

Simple Kiwi Apple Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 3 small avocado (skin and seed removed)
- 1 green kapia pepper (or bell pepper)
- 1 green apple (seedless)
- 3 kiwi (peeled)
- 2 sticks celery (chopped)
- 200-250 g lettuce mix (I used pre-cut lettuce mix)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 400 ml water
Instructions
- Add everything into blender, including water.
- Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks smooth and creamy.
- Use the pulse function a few times in case you feel it takes too long to blend.
- Done! Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Notes
- Color: white to cream color
- Texture: creamy (from that avocado), apple dots
- Taste: tastes like kiwi and apples
