Pro Tip: You can use any kind of berries you like, I happen to have wild blueberries at hand so that was what I used. Also. if you love dark chocolate, maybe throw in a few squares in there just for fun.

Equipment

  • Big Jars or Tall Glasses

Ingredients

  • 500 g full-fat sour cream (30% fat or more)
  • 250 g frozen blueberries (or other berries)
  • 2-3 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender or kitchen robot.
  • Blend on medium speed until you obtain a creamy and thick consistency, and all the berries have dissolved.
  • Choose a few tall glasses or jars, and pour mixed cream all the way up.
  • Optionally decorate with your favorite berries on top.
  • DONE! Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for the next day.
