The Purple Creamy Smoothie combines some of my favorite ingredients into one of the most easy to blend recipes that happens to taste amazing. I also call it the Sunset in Norway simply because its color resembles some of the amazing sunsets that we can see in Norway almost daily. It makes me think of a better healthier and peaceful world. It relaxes me knowing that I am bliss to put into my body the best nutrients I can find.

This is a rather simple blend and the outcome is fantastic! Nourish your body with avocado, berries, coconut oil, banana and celery. You’ll end-up with a creamy and think smoothie that will fill you up with energy. And if you have kids, not only they will love it, but they’ll ask for more.

Pro Tip: This blend doesn’t call for many ingredients, chances are that you already have all the ingredients in your fridge right now.Enjoy and share with someone you love!

  • Blender


  • 2 avocados (skin and seed removed)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 stick celery (chopped)
  • 1.5 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 3-4 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • fresh dill
  • fresh lemon juice (from half lemon)
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 300-350 ml water


  • Wash and prep all ingredients.
  • Blend and serve. Enjoy!
