The Purple Creamy Smoothie combines some of my favorite plant-based ingredients into one of the most easy to blend smoothie recipes that also happens to taste amazing. I decided to name this smoothie “Sunset in Norway” simply because its color resembles the most amazing sunsets that I’ve ever seen, and that Norway has to offer almost daily (well … when it’s not cloudy).
Blending this smoothie makes me think of a better, healthier and peaceful world. It relaxes me knowing that we are bliss to be able to give to our bodies such wonderful nutrient-rich plants.
This purple smoothie reminds me to always be grateful for what I have now, in the present moment. To be able to live life, have a wonderful wife, being able to consume healthy food. To be able to be healthy and know how to be healthy. The “Sunset in Norway” smoothie incorporates all these ideas about health and life into a delicious creamy smoothie.
I absolutely love this purple and creamy smoothie because it’s:

Instead of frozen blueberries you can definitely use blackberries and the color or texture of your smoothie will not change much. Using other kinds of berries is possible but using them may swift the color of your smoothie a bit towards red or orange color (depending on the color of berries used).
I just love this smoothie! The texture is so perfect and luxurious. It’s definitely making my morning routine!
Love the unique combination. Super flavorful and healthy too.
