Reasons to blend this tropical smoothie
Avocado, chia seeds, hemp seeds, or coconut, all of these goodies will add plenty of healthy fats to keep you energized all day long. Those health benefits don’t stop here because you’ll also get plenty of protein, vitamins and minerals, as well as healthy fiber and raw enzymes.
I wanted to make a yellow smoothie so I’ve opted to use a combination of raw pineapple and turmeric powder. Fun fact – turmeric powder is one of the spices that I use in almost all my smoothies, along with cinnamon, cardamom or ginger powder. When it comes to its texture, this yellow smoothie turned out creamy and thick, the way every smoothie should be.
I hope that you’ll enjoy this tropical yellow cream smoothie as much as we did. If you decide to try it and love it, I’d appreciate a 5-star rating and a comment.

Notes

Feel free to play with the water quantity and you’ll get a different texture overall. You can also use other types of liquids, instead of water. Popular choices include coconut milk, coconut water, almond milk, cashew milk, macadamia milk. You can substitute coconut cream for full-fat coconut milk or coconut butter. If you don’t have any of these at hand, try adding a few spoons of nut butter (almond butter or cashew butter).
What a gorgeous color! WOW! I want to try out this smoothie right now but I’m not at home. Putting it on my list for the week-end.
It’s one of those smoothies that will help you stay strong and healthy. Easy to blend since it doesn’t require many ingredients. Niiiice!
