Ultimate Creamy Nice Cream (Vegan & Delicious)
- 3 big bananas (peeled)
- 1.5 medium avocado (skin and seed removed)
- 7-8 tbsp frozen blackberries
- 2 tbsp cacao butter (or 3-4 squares dark chocolate)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 slice lemon (organic, skin on)
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- decorate with cacao beans and hemp seeds
- Add everything into your blender.
- Blend on medium to high until everything looks smooth and creamy.
- Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 1-2 days.
