This autumn vibes vegetable smoothie is perfect for all those autumn days when it’s hard to get out of bed. Get your healthy energy boost!
- 2 avocados (skin and seed removed)
- 1 golden apple (sliced, no seeds)
- 1 pear (sliced, no seeds, locally grown)
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- a few celery leaves (chopped)
- 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 big scoop whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 2 tsp raw cacao
- 2 basil leaves (chopped)
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- water (enough cover the ingredients)
- decorated with cacao nibs (chopped small)
