This autumn vibes vegetable smoothie is perfect for all those autumn days when it’s hard to get out of bed. Get your healthy energy boost!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (skin and seed removed)
  • 1 golden apple (sliced, no seeds)
  • 1 pear (sliced, no seeds, locally grown)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • a few celery leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 big scoop whey protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tsp raw cacao
  • 2 basil leaves (chopped)
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • water (enough cover the ingredients)
  • decorated with cacao nibs (chopped small)

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all ingredients.
  • Blend and serve. Enjoy!
