- 1 avocado (skin and seed removed)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 1 pear (seedless, cut in half)
- 1 stick celery
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- fresh dill
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 250-300 ml water
- topped with chopped cacao beans + dates + basil leaves
- Color: orange to dark red
- Taste: a bit sweet
- Texture: creamy, well mixed, easy to drink
Instead of frozen blueberries you can definitely use blackberries or cranberries, and the color or texture of this smoothie will not change much.
