2bigavocados(skin and seed removed)
80-100gfrozen spinach
3carrots(skinless)
6tbspfrozen blueberries
1/2grapefruit(skinless)
2mandarins(skinless)
1stalkcelery
1big stalkfennel
1tspcinnamon powder
1tspcardamom powder
1tspfennel seeds
a fewbasil leaves
1/3tspHimalayan salt
500mlwater(enough water to blend easily)
decorated with frozen berries(raspberries and blueberries)
Instructions
Add everything into your blender. Add enough water to level everything but not too much since we want to obtain a thick and creamy texture.
Blend on medium speed until you obtain the desired consistency. Use the pulse function a few times if you have troubles pureeing everything.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Make sure that you add enough water to obtain that creamy and thick smoothie bowl texture. Add less water initially and continue to add as the blender processes the ingredients.
