Start your day with the Banana Split Smoothie featuring a classic banana and avocado combo. This recipe comes with plenty of those “good-for-you” nutrients, it’s creamy and sweet, and so nice to drink. Blend your way to health!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 small bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 medium avocado (skinned and seeded)
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 slice fennel (chopped)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 basil leaves (chopped)
  • fresh dill (chopped)
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 250-300 ml water
  • decorated with chopped walnuts and vanilla powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into your blender, including water.
  • Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and decorate with chopped walnuts and a pinch of vanilla.
  • That’s it! Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
