Add everything into your blender, including water.
Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks smooth and creamy.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Notes
Color: very dark purple
Texture: thick, very creamy, eat with a spoon
Taste: sweet taste of berries + spicy ginger aftertaste
Feel free to mix your berries the way you like them and feel free to only use 1 or 2 kinds of berries, if that's what you like. I had all kinds of leftovers berries in my fridge so that’s why I chose to mix them like this.I haven’t used any coconut oil for this smoothie. The same is true for salt, although you could add a pinch of Himalayan salt if you want.The texture is also perfect for a smoothie bowl.
