Ingredients
1sachet instant coffee(I used Julius Meinl 100% arabica)
2tspcrème crue(or crème fraîche)
pinch ofcinnamon
1tspcoconut sugar(optional)
hot water
Instructions
Pour content of one sachet into a cup. Add cinnamon and optional coconut sugar.
Add a pinch of water and, using a teaspoon, mix the instant coffee, cinnamon powder and coconut sugar together for 10 seconds. You’ll should end-up with a thick coffee paste.
Pour freshly boiled water on top and stir for a few seconds to dissolve the coffee paste into hot water.
Add 2 tsp of crème crue (or crème fraîche) on top and stir again, until the cream has incorporated into the hot coffee.

Want to make this keto coffee dairy-free? Just replace the crème crue or crème fraîche with full fat almond milk or full fat coconut milk.
