If you’re looking for a way to transform your regular instant coffee into a delicious keto coffee, check-out this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet instant coffee (I used Julius Meinl 100% arabica)
  • 2 tsp crème crue (or crème fraîche)
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
  • hot water

Instructions

  • Pour content of one sachet into a cup. Add cinnamon and optional coconut sugar.
  • Add a pinch of water and, using a teaspoon, mix the instant coffee, cinnamon powder and coconut sugar together for 10 seconds. You’ll should end-up with a thick coffee paste.
  • Pour freshly boiled water on top and stir for a few seconds to dissolve the coffee paste into hot water.
  • Add 2 tsp of crème crue (or crème fraîche) on top and stir again, until the cream has incorporated into the hot coffee.
  • Congratulations! Enjoy a delicious cup of keto instant coffee!

Notes

Want to make this keto coffee dairy-free? Just replace the crème crue or crème fraîche with full fat almond milk or full fat coconut milk.
