Ingredients
300gcoconut butter
2-3tbspextra virgin coconut oil
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/2tspvanilla powder(optional)
1tspraw cacao
4tbspfrozen cranberries(or fresh berries)
Instructions
In a blender or kitchen robot, add coconut butter, coconut oil, cinnamon powder and optional vanilla powder.
Mix slowly until you obtain a thick coconut paste.
Add cacao powder and mix only for a few seconds until incorporated.
Choose two large jars or mugs, and add a thick layer of cranberries.
Fill the rest with coconut cream, and decorate with more cranberries.
