This easy keto summer breakfast can be the perfect way to start your day and doesn’t require any cooking skills in order to make it. Fuel your mind and body with healthy nutrients to help you thrive all day long!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium eggs (free range, organic)
  • 1 tomato (slices)
  • 1/3 cucumber (slices)
  • 50 g Feta cheese (or as needed)
  • pinch of salt (sprinkle over eggs)

Instructions

  • Cook boiled eggs according to your preference (medium or hard). Peel and cut eggs in half.
  • Slice the cucumber and tomato as needed. Cut cheese into cubes or slices.
  • Arrange everything on the plate and optionally sprinkle with your favorite type of salt.
  • That was it! Enjoy outside on the summer grass and meditate to the beauty of nature.
