2smallbananas(or 1 big banana, peeled and sliced)
200gblueberries
1mediumavocado(skin and seed removed)
handful ofwalnuts(halves)
500gGreek yogurt(10% fat)
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/2tspcardamom powder(optional)
Instructions
Prep the fruits as needed and add them into a big bowl.
Add yogurt and mix well until combined.
Transfer into 2 salad bowls for serving and decorate with cinnamon.
