2-3big slicesGalia melon(skinless and seedless)
1mediumavocado(skin and seed removed)
1bok choy(chopped)
1carrot(sliced)
1/2cucumber fabio
2-3tbspfrozen sea buckthorn
200gfrozen spinach
1/4fennel(chopped)
2tbspextra virgin coconut oil
1/2tspHimalayan salt
600mlwater
Instructions
Wash and prep all the ingredients as indicated.
Blend everything on medium to high speed until you reach the desired texture.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for max 2 days.

Color: bright pure green
Texture: not too light and not too thick, just right
Taste: light melon and cucumber taste
Instead of sea buckthorn you can easily use cranberries or other type of berries.Depending on the type of berries used, the color of your smoothie may change a bit. That’s because sea buckthorn is orange, cranberries are deep red, while blueberries and blackberries are dark blue.
