1bigavocado(skin and seed removed)
3-4bigprunes(seedless)
1carrot
2-3slicesfennel
100gfrozen spinach
2slicesgrapefruit
2tspturmeric + ginger powder
4tspwhite chia seeds(or regular chia seeds)
2leavesfresh basil
600-700mlwater
Instructions
Add everything into your blender. Add enough water to level the ingredients.
Blend on medium to high until everything looks creamy.
That’s it! Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

The secret to making this smoothie great is to use sweet prunes. Use locally grown prunes that are dark in color and have a rather soft texture. Don't be shy and test them, making sure they aren't sour.Make sure to remove the skin in case your grapefruit is not organically grown. This is because conventionally grown grapefruits may have traces of pesticides in the skin.
