250gfrozen spinach
1avocado(skin and seed removed)
1banana(peeled)
1green bell pepper
1mediumcarrot(peeled and sliced)
6leavesromaine lettuce
1golden apple(remove seeds)
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspginger powder
1slicelemon
1.5tbspextra virgin coconut oil
pinch ofHimalayan salt
400mlwater(or enough to balance the ingredients)
Instructions
Wash and prep all the ingredients, and add them into the blender. Add enough water to cover the ingredients in the blender.
Blend everything until you obtain that smooth texture.
Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Taste: spinach taste, a bit sweet and a bit spicy but overall balanced
You can always swap plain water for coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk, or cashew milk. Any of these will add plenty of healthy fats and will enrich the creamy texture of your smoothie.In case you want to use the slice of lemon with skin, make sure to use an organic lemon.
