This green smoothie bowl with spinach is my go-to healthy and filling breakfast or simple snack. With fresh and flavorful ingredients blended together, this green smoothie bowl was delicious.

250gfrozen spinach
2avocado(skin and seed removed)
1/2cucumber fabio
2smallcarrots(sliced)
1stickcelery(use 2 if small)
3-4leavesbok choy
1/2smallfennel(chopped)
5kiwi(peeled and sliced)
1tbspextra virgin coconut oil
1tspHimalayan salt
1slicelemon(organic, with skin)
fresh orange skin(organic)
500-600mlwater(or enough to blend easily)
decorated with frozen berries(blueberries + sea buckthorn)
decorated with cacao beans + coriander seeds
decorated with a few slices kiwi
decorated with a bit of red smoothie
Instructions
Add everything into your blender, including water.
Blend on medium to high until everything looks smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick, just add more water.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
