Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 100 g frozen broccoli + green beans
  • 4 leaves spring cabbage
  • 1 slice fennel
  • 1 slice pineapple (skin and core removed)
  • 1 cucumber fabio (sliced)
  • 1 red beet (peeled and cut)
  • 1 red kapia pepper
  • 1 granny smith apple (sweet and sour, no seeds)
  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 big tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 600 ml water (or as needed to cover ingredients)

Instructions

  • Prep all the plants as needed, add everything into your blender and cover with water.
  • Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks smooth and creamy. If the consistency looks thick, add a bit more water and continue to blend for 20-30 seconds more.
  • Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Notes

  • Color: orange muddy
  • Texture: kind of thick, be prepared to add more water just in case
  • Taste: sweet enough with a strong ginger + cardamom taste, very nice to drink
