2mediumavocados(skin and seed removed)
1red beet(skin removed, cut big)
2smallbananas(skin removed)
200gfrozen spinach
2 handfulfrozen broccoli(100-150 g)
2bigcarrots
1/2cucumber fabio
5cmleeks
1/3lemon(skin included, organic)
1tbspextra virgin coconut oil
1tbspwheatgrass powder
1/2tspcardamom powder
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspginger powder
1/2tspHimalayan salt
1tspraw cacao powder
500mlwater(or enough to cover ingredients)
Instructions
Wash and prep all the ingredients as indicated.
Add everything into your blender and cover with water.
Blend on high speed until you obtain that thick and creamy consistency.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for max 2 days.
Notes
Color: dark red
Texture: very dense and creamy, easy to drink
Taste: definitely sweet, not spicy, maybe a bit minty
Make sure to use an organic lemon, otherwise remove its skin.Conventionally grown lemons (and all other citrus fruits) are often sprayed with pesticides so their skin might end-up being contaminated with pesticide residues which are toxic.
