A nutrient-packed smoothie, made whole with fruits and veggies, that’s creamy and tastes like grapefruit, and hides the taste and texture of spinach! The perfect healthy breakfast, post-workout meal, or afternoon snack.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g frozen spinach
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp frozen sea buckthorn
  • 1-2 tbsp frozen cranberries
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 slice fennel
  • 2 dried dates
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsp pomegranate powder
  • 1 tsp dandelion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  • Add everything into your blender, including water.
  • Blend on medium to high until everything looks smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick, just add more water and blend a bit more.
  • Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Notes

  • Color: dark red (red black-ish)
  • Texture: easy to drink, just right
  • Taste: tastes like grapefruit and I like it
