Add cacao mass, cacao butter and coconut sugar into double boiler. Stir using a silicone spatula until they start to melt.
Add in butter, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and melt everything together. In a few minutes you should end-up with a thick chocolate paste. Make sure to never boil the water from the double boiler, move aside when this happens and continue there.
Pour chocolate paste into a small heat resistant tray (I use a heat resistant glass dish from IKEA).
Now for the really fun part: add your macadamias, sunflower seeds and dried mangos. Spread them evenly into the chocolate by using a spatula.
Move the container into the fridge for a few hours until the chocolate sets.
Remove from the fridge when rock solid, cut into squares and give it a try. Enjoy!
