Ingredients
leafy greens of your choice(lettuce, baby spinach, cabbage)
2tomatoes(slices)
3hard boiled eggs(cut in half)
1red pepper(cubed)
1-2spring onions(scallions, chopped)
1/2chili pepper(chopped)
1/2jalapeño(chopped)
pomegranate seeds(as needed)
fresh lime juice
1/2avocado(seedless and sliced, optional)
pinch ofHimalayan salt(optional)
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients as indicated and add them to your salad bowl.
Add lime juice and optional salt.
Mix a bit to spread everything nicely.
