250-300gfrozen spinach
1/2cucumber fabio(sliced)
1/2kapia red pepper
1/2grapefruit(skinless)
3tspextra virgin coconut oil
1slicepineapple(skin and core removed)
1small slicefennel
1tspginger powder
1tspturmeric powder
1slicelemon(with skin, organic)
600-700mlwater
Instructions
Add everything into your blender, including water.
Blend on medium to high until everything looks smooth and creamy. If it looks a bit thick, just add more water.
Serve fresh or keep in the fridge for maximum 4 days.
