Creamy, delicious, easy to blend and so tasty, this vegetable green smoothie can be the perfect way to start your day, or a delicious way to boost your energy during the day. Blend, enjoy and appreciate the magic of life!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (skin and seed removed)
  • 4 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 golden apples (seedless)
  • 250-300 g frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber fabio (sliced)
  • 1/2 kapia red pepper
  • 1/2 grapefruit (skinless)
  • 3 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 slice pineapple (skin and core removed)
  • 1 small slice fennel
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 slice lemon (with skin, organic)
  • 600-700 ml water

Instructions

  • Add everything into your blender, including water.
  • Blend on medium to high until everything looks smooth and creamy. If it looks a bit thick, just add more water.
  • Serve fresh or keep in the fridge for maximum 4 days.
