Thick and creamy, with a refreshing sweet banana taste, this Sweet Love Vegetable Smoothie is definitely one of our best smoothies. This yellow smoothie feels more like a delicious and healthy shake, and is a must-try for every smoothie lover. Blend and enjoy pure deliciousness!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (seedless and skinless)
  • 150-200 g frozen broccoli
  • 1 big banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber fabio (sliced)
  • 1 slice fennel (chopped)
  • 1 leaf kale
  • 4 medium carrots (sliced, skin removed)
  • 1.5 slice lemon
  • 3 tbsp frozen sea buckthorn
  • 3 tbsp frozen blackberries
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 600-700 ml water

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all ingredients.
  • Add ingredients into blender. Add required water.
  • Blend until creamy and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Color: yellow mustard
  • Texture: creamy and thick, some seeds from blackberries but ok, easy to drink overall
  • Taste: sweet, smells like fresh ripen bananas, banana aftertaste with asian spices. It’s like you’re eating a banana shake

We are using quite a few ingredients for this smoothie but don’t worry because we use only basic ingredients that you can easily get from your local store.
If you’re planning to use the lemon slice with skin, make sure to use an organic lemon. Organically grown citrus fruits are free of pesticide residues or other chemicals, whereas conventionally grown citrus fruits may be sprayed with chemicals.
When it comes to those asian warming spices, try using organic spices for even more potent nutrients.
This smoothie can easily be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
