150gfrozen spinach
1smallbanana(peeled)
2smallcarrots
1slicefennel
1stickcelery
2white radish(peeled)
1/2grapefruit(skin removed)
1bigsweet and sour apple(seeded)
2tspextra virgin coconut oil
2tbspchia seeds
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspginger powder
1tspcinnamon powder
1/2tspHimalayan salt
water(cover the ingredients in the blender)
decorated with banana, raspberries and chia seeds
Instructions
Add everything into your blender. Add enough water to level everything.
Blend on medium to high until everything looks creamy.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
