I remember how excited I was to add celery to a smoothie, top it with fennel and finish by adding avocado and banana … this Purple Rain Smoothie was amazing!

2avocados(peeled and seeded)
2bananas(skin removed, sliced)
1.5stickcelery
3tbspfrozen blueberries(or blackberries)
1orange bell pepper
1slicefennel(chopped)
1/2tspcinnamon powder
fresh dill(chopped)
pinch ofvanilla powder
1/2lemon(fresh juice)
pinch ofHimalayan salt
1tspchia seeds(mixed into each glass)
decorated with chopped cacao beans(optional)
250-300mlwater
Instructions
Add everything into the blender and blend until you reach a creamy consistency.
Pour the contents into glasses and add 1 tsp chia seeds into each glass.
Decorate with chopped cacao beans (optional) and serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2 days.

Texture: easy to drink, creamy
Instead of frozen blueberries you can definitely use blackberries and the color or texture of your smoothie won’t change much.
