Ingredients
3bananas(peeled)
3tspcashew butter
2squaresdark chocolate(85% or more)
pinch ofHimalayan salt(optional)
Instructions
Peel the bananas, cut them in half and place them on a small plate.
Use a teaspoon to add cashew butter over each banana, forming a straight line.
Add optional pinch of salt on top of the cashew butter.
Use a small knife to grate chocolate directly on top of the cashew butter (can also use a cheese grater).
DONE! Enjoy without guilt because this dessert is super healthy.

When it comes to cashew butter, there are no rules on quantity. Feel free to use as much cashew butter as you want, depending on your mood or nutritional needs.Instead of cashew butter you can definitely use other types of nut butters. How about using organic peanut butter, almond butter or even hazelnut butter?Use the type of chocolate that you want. For instance, this time I used 90% dark chocolate but sometimes I may use 100% or 85%, or even 70% chocolate, depending on my mood.Use the best chocolate that you can. I discovered that organic fairtrade chocolate is always the best choice, even if it can be a bit more expensive.For a refreshing dessert use cold bananas directly from the fridge.
