Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 big avocado (skin and seed removed)
  • 1 big red beet (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper
  • 300-400 g frozen berries mix (blueberries + raspberries)
  • 100-125 g frozen broccoli
  • decorated with white chia seeds, cacao beans, fresh berries
  • no liquid added

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend on medium to high until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite bowl, decorate and enjoy! You can store this one in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Notes

Want to make it a bit more sweet? Using one big banana or two smaller bananas will do the trick.
When it comes to frozen berries, I used blueberries and raspberries. Other type of berries will work just fine, just know that you may end-up with a slightly different color.
If you plan to store this bowl in the fridge for more than a few hours, make sure to cover it with a lid. You can also add a bit of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice which will keep your smoothie bowl from becoming oxidized.
