Ingredients
300gfrozen blackcurrants(use from the freezer)
2smallbananas(peeled and sliced)
3tbspfull-fat sour cream(20% fat or more, or crème fraîche)
6-7big tbspyogurt(at least 3.5% fat)
1/2tspcinnamon powder(optional)
Instructions
Make sure the blackcurrants are from the freezer, while the sour cream and yogurt should be think and creamy.
Prepare the ingredients as required and add them into a bowl.
Slowly mix and combine everything using a big spoon.
Use the back of the spoon to press down on the fruit pieces, and slowly incorporate crushed fruits into the cream.
Once the mixture has turned a deep pink color, you’ll know that your dessert is ready.
Separate into desired serving sizes and enjoy fresh.
Notes
This dessert is best served fresh and while it is still cold.In order to obtain that desired creamy texture, it’s important to use the back of a spoon and press on the berries and bananas, incorporating everything nicely into the cream.Do not use too much sour cream and yogurt combined, use just enough to be able to mix everything nicely.You can use other type of berries but make sure that you’ll be using only frozen berries.Instead of fresh banana you can also sweeten this dessert with raisins or dates.
