Nourish your body and keep hunger away with this refreshing salad enriched with your choice of brie cheese. Enjoy as late breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
100-150gbaby spinach
20grucola(optional)
2slicespineapple(cut big)
1carrot(grated)
15-20cherry tomatoes
1red onion(chopped)
1/2cucumber(slices)
1bell pepper(cut big)
2tbsphemp seeds
3-4boiled eggs
100gbrie cheese(preferably French brie)
Instructions
Add everything into a salad bowl, except for the hemp seeds, eggs and brie cheese.
Mix a bit to spread everything nicely.
Cut the brie cheese into big slices and add on top of the salad.
Now add boiled eggs (whole or cut in half).
Spread hemp seeds over the entire salad.
That was it! Portion and serve all day long!

I like buying true French brie cheese of different types, preferably made by using raw milk. What I discovered is that a true French brie can really make a salad, so I strive to always buy the best brie cheese that I can find.Feel free to skip any of the ingredients if you don’t like it.
