Simple Kiwi Apple Smoothie

- 3 small avocado (skin and seed removed)
- 1 green kapia pepper (or bell pepper)
- 1 green apple (seedless)
- 3 kiwi (peeled)
- 2 sticks celery (chopped)
- 200-250 g lettuce mix (I used pre-cut lettuce mix)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 400 ml water
Add everything into blender, including water.
Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks smooth and creamy.
Use the pulse function a few times in case you feel it takes too long to blend.
Done! Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
- Color: white to cream color
- Texture: creamy (from that avocado), apple dots
