1bigavocado(skin and seed removed)
1carrot(sliced)
2stickscelery(chopped)
250gfrozen spinach
1legfennel(chopped)
1yellow bell pepper(seeds removed)
1green apple(seeds removed)
1red beet(peeled and cut big)
4-5tbspfrozen blueberries
fresh ginger(optional, chopped small)
2tspextra virgin coconut oil
2tbsphemp seeds
1tbspwheatgrass powder
1tspcardamom powder
1tspturmeric powder
1tspginger powder
pinch ofaniseed
pinch ofdried basil
500mlwater
Instructions
Add everything into your blender, including water.
Blend on medium to high speed until everything looks smooth and creamy. Use the pulse function a few times in case you feel that it takes too long to blend.
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
