This green smoothie is based on a classic smoothie recipe: spinach, pineapple and avocado. Be prepared to absorb lots of healthy nutrients from this creamy and tasty green smoothie.

3big slicespineapple(cut into squares)
1big avocado(skin and seed removed)
200-250gfrozen spinach rolls
1bigred apple(no seeds)
1/2stickcelery
1tbsphemp seeds
1tbspturmeric powder
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/3tspHimalayan salt
250-300mlwater
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients as indicated and add them into your blender.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients, but not too much or you’ll end up with a watery smoothie.
Blend on medium to high speed for a few minutes or until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.
Serve fresh or keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Taste: spinach + pineapple
Instead of water, you can go with coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk or cashew milk. Keep this in mind if you want to add a bit of variation to your daily smoothie.If you think that 1 tbsp turmeric powder may be too much for your taste, you can simply use 1 tsp instead. Besides nutrients and taste, turmeric also contributes to the final color of your smoothie. Simply put, using less turmeric will change the green tint a bit and that’s totally normal.
