I love this smoothie because it’s loaded with plants, it’s sweet enough without being too sweet, has a very natural color and the perfect creamy texture.

2avocados(peeled and seeded)
1red apple(sliced)
1pear(sliced)
1.5stickcelery
3-4tspwhite almond butter(other nut butter will do)
1red bell pepper(chopped)
1tbsphemp protein powder
1tbspextra virgin coconut oil
fresh dill(chopped)
vanilla powder
1/2lemon(juice only)
pinch ofHimalayan salt
250-300mlwater
1tspchia seeds(mixed into each glass)
decorated with vanilla powder(optional)
Instructions
Add everything into the blender and blend until your smoothie looks smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and mix chia seeds into each smoothie glass.
Decorate with a bit of vanilla powder and serve fresh. How easy was that?
