Boil together broccoli, green peas and green beans. This doesn’t take more than a few minutes.
Remove from heat, remove water and set the boiled vegetables aside to cool down a bit.
Next step it to puree the ingredients in the blender. In a blender add cooked vegetables - that’s broccoli, green peas and green beans.
Next, add butter, leeks and green chili.
Blend on medium speed until you reach a creamy consistency.
Finish by adding salt, plus and black pepper to taste.
Mix for another 20 seconds until the spices have incorporated into the cream soup.
