2mediumavocados(skin and seed removed)
1/2smallpomegranate(seeds only)
1/2green kapia pepper(remove seeds)
1red beet(peeled and cut)
1biggolden apple(remove seeds)
1stalkfennel(chopped)
2tbspalmond butter
1.5tbspchia and hemp seeds
1.5tbspextra virgin coconut oil
3squaresdark chocolate(85% or more)
1/2tspcinnamon powder
1/2tspcardamom powder
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspginger powder
pinch ofvanilla powder
1/2tspHimalayan salt
decorated with pomegranate seeds
450mlwater(or enough to cover ingredients)
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients according to my notes in paranthesis.
Blend everything until you obtain the desired texture.
Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
