Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 stick celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 slice fennel
  • 1 golden apple
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 big slice lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 700 ml water

Instructions

  • Add everything into your blender, including water.
  • Blend on medium to high until everything looks smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick, just add more water and blend again.
  • Serve fresh or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
